Then, maybe features like hiding in the mud or swimming through water means you're more susceptible to weapon jams. That'd certainly make it different than other BR games where you never question what you take. Either you trek in more visible areas or you drop loot. Meanwhile, imagine having too much weight from picking up armor/guns/inventory, causing your footprints to become more visible and therefore, more trackable in the snow/mud/sand. In which case, green patterns look great in forests but will stand out in the snow or desert. Imagine that you get to suit up with different camo patterns before a match. Like, they have what I presume to be an island with multiple terrain zones just like in the recent games. But in typical Ubisoft fashion, it seems like they're just copy and pasting from PUBG and Warzone so they can eventually sell cosmetics. I mean, the concept of a recon/stealth oriented battle royale sounds pretty cool. For what it is, it's really fucking good. It's not an arcade shooter and has a steep learning curve sure, but that doesn't make it bad. It's so much more than gun simulator but you actually have to take the fucking time to learn it. It's also immersive as fuck and has the best audio design of any shooter I've played in my life. The game translates the real world feel of guns and gear better than just about any game I've ever played. Guns are heavy and unwieldy in real life in most situations. You know, like it is in real life moving around with 60 pounds of gear and using automatic weaponry. The gunplay and movement are incredibly smooth, but they're heavy. Sure there are issues, but when people call Tarkov "clunky" it just shows they're missing the point of the game. Resourcee management in game, map movement and knowledge being absolutely critical, timing, knowing how the guns operate in different conditions and how to get the most out of the least, making informed value decisions when choosing what to bring into a mission. /r/GamePhysics - Clips of game physics shining and glitchingĭesign based on /r/FlatBlue created by /u/creeschīut here I'll give you some aspects it does really well./r/gaming4gamers - middle ground between purely-for-fun and more serious subreddits./r/GamingLeaksAndRumours - Leaks and Rumors.Posting unmarked spoilers will result in removal and warning, and posting spoilers with malicious intent will result in a ban.
